Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken Skewers



These grilled lemon herb chicken skewers are a delicious and healthy option for your barbecue. The combination of fresh herbs and zesty lemon creates a mouthwatering flavor that will make these skewers a family favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a marinade

Add chicken chunks to the marinade, coating them evenly

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat

Thread marinated chicken chunks onto soaked wooden skewers
