Gluten-Free Banana Oatmeal Bars



These gluten-free banana oatmeal bars are perfect for a quick and nutritious breakfast or snack. Packed with wholesome ingredients like bananas, oats, and almond butter, they are naturally sweetened with maple syrup and can be customized with your favorite nuts and dried fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking tray with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

Add rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, chopped nuts, and dried fruit to the banana mixture

Stir until well combined

Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray, pressing it down firmly with a spatula

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown

Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing into desired portions
