Instructions:
Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C
Put the cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse them a few times to make them look like fine crumbs
Put the cauliflower crumbs in a bowl that can go in the microwave
Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the crumbs are soft
After the cauliflower has cooled, put it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much water as you can
Put the Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
Add the cauliflower crumbs and mix them together
Add the egg and mix until the mixture is like dough
Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the cauliflower mixture out into a round shape that's about 1/4 inch thick
This will be your pizza crust
The crust should be golden brown and firm after 12 to 15 minutes in a hot oven
Take the crust out of the oven and cover it with the gluten-free tomato sauce
On top of the sauce, put 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Add the gluten-free pizza toppings you like best
Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly
Take it out of the oven, let it cool a bit, then cut it up and serve
