Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika
Cut chicken breasts into cubes and place them in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish
Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure all pieces are coated evenly
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers
Grill chicken kababs for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving
