Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onions
- Sriracha mayonnaise
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, minced garlic, Sriracha sauce, cumin powder, salt, and pepper
Form the mixture into 4 burger patties
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat
Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and cover to melt
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned
Spread Sriracha mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun
Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on each bun
Top with a burger patty and sliced red onions
Complete with the top bun and serve hot
