Spicy Sriracha Burger



The Spicy Sriracha Burger is a tasty and spicy treat for people who like things that are hot. Adding Sriracha to beef patties, pepper jack cheese, and Sriracha mayo gives the food a spicy kick that is balanced by the coolness of fresh vegetables. Get ready to make your burgers more interesting!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onions
  • Sriracha mayonnaise

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, minced garlic, Sriracha sauce, cumin powder, salt, and pepper

Form the mixture into 4 burger patties

Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat

Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and cover to melt

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned

Spread Sriracha mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun

Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on each bun

Top with a burger patty and sliced red onions

Complete with the top bun and serve hot
